Conclusion
God desires for man to be in a covenant relationship with Him. From the Old Testament it is clear that man had to obey His voice. Due to man’s inability to live up to the standard of a Holy God, He sent His Son.
Through faith in Him, man can now, apart from works, be in this relationship.
In is a matter of the heart.
If you confess with your mouth and believe in your heart, you will be saved.
